Abstract

Our body is a delicate and complex system in which each organ fulfills a function, among which the kidney stands out. However, there are certain medications that, although they may be effective in treating various diseases, can have negative effects on our kidneys. This phenomenon is known as drug nephrotoxicity. In this article we will talk about kidney functions and how they can be affected by the action of some drugs.
