We were able to have a chat-interview with Dr. Alejandra Ochoa Zarzosa, who is the Director of the Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation of the State of Michoacán (ICTI), who has been very kind to give us a little time from her busy schedule so that the readers of the Milenaria de Ciencia y Arte magazine can get to know her better.
